ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CHANGE

In a large business, the most important determinant of success is the effectiveness of millions of day-to-day interactions between human beings. If those contacts are contentious, turf-oriented, and parochial, the company will flounder, bureaucracies will grow, and internal competition will be rampant. But when employees behave in accountable, team-oriented and collegial ways, it dramatically improves group effectiveness.
