Psikologi Pendidikan

Traditionally, people have defined someone who is intelligent as an individual who can solve problems, use logic to answer questions, and think critically. However, psychologist Howard Gardner has a much broader definition of intelligence.

-Define intelligence from Howard Gardner’s perspective. Compare the traditional idea about intelligence with Gardner's.

-Identify one prominent / famous person. With reference to Gardner’s idea about intelligence, determine the types of intelligences manifested by the person. Give a brief explanation.

-If schools were to recognise multiple intelligences, what would be the implications of multiple intelligence theory in a school setting? How might the following be revised?

-academic subjects

-activities in the classroom

-assessment methods

Rubrik Tugasan

-Gives accurate and clear definition. Demonstrates excellent understanding of the two concepts.

-Identifies and describes all the intelligence types chosen. The order of presentation of information is compelling and moves the reader through the text smoothly

-Gives good suggestions (all three are good) that are able to match multiple intelligences to i, ii, iii. Substantial, logical, & concrete application of ideas.
