The Circular lists out areas two areas that need to be attended to; one is orgnisational aspects and the other on teaching and learning.
This assignment focuses on the activities of the school principal while supervising teachers in the classrooms. Interview one of the Deputy Principals and TWO teachers who have been observed by the principal in the last three months and elicit the relevant data from them. Relevant documents and records may be referred to for supporting evidence.
