ENGLISH FOR WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
This assignment is intended to give you practice in academic writing. It requires you to refer to materials / articles and include relevant ideas and quotes in your essay. You are also required to acknowledge ideas and concepts you have picked up from sources to be included in your writing.
TASK
Education is the fundamental necessity of life. As education progresses, most educators today have shifted to the student-centered approach. However, there are still many learners who believe that teacher-centered approach is a better and more effective approach in teaching and learning process.
For this assignment, you need to present your views and ideas about which system is better: teacher-centered or student-centered education to be applied in most colleges and universities in Malaysia and do the following:
i. Prepare an outline for your essay
ii. Write an essay and discuss the following issues related to the above topic and give reasons for your opinion.

Support your discussion with evidence drawn from a review of current and related literature (2013 – 2019). Use the APA format for in - text citations and the reference list.
