CSR project
This year, for the CSR project, you need to perform or conduct HIRARC assessment in a workplace. In a team of two (2) person, choose any workplace for your assessment. Iit could be an actual workplace like industry / offices OR more public premises eg. mall, market, bus or LRT station etc.. BUT focusing on hazards to workers aspect – not public communities. Record your whole process of conducting this CSR project including the site visit, hazards identification, HIRACR assessment works etc. Present your works nicely in a form of short video. The video will then be uploaded in a Youtube channel that will be provided soon.
Since there will be no final exam for this course, the percentage of marks for this is quite high – 30%. Assessment of the video will be made based on the video quality as well as YouTube like, share and comments.
Basically the details of the CSR program are as follow:
- The CSR project is presented into two forms: report and video.
- The report is basically summarizing your whole CSR project in detail (background of the project, target group for the knowledge sharing, topic picked etc.).
- The report should not be more than 15 pages TNR, Font 12, Spacing 1.5). You can also put some photos in the report that is related to the CSR project that you have done.
- The video duration is around 3.5-5 minutes.
- Put proper topic at the beginning of the video and your name and your lecturer’s name and name of this class (OSH in the Process Industry) at the end of the video.
- The video will be uploaded in a special designated Youtube channel and will be shared with professionals including DOSH, consultants, and industries.
Tugasan ini sebenarnya kami pernah buat sebelum ini cuma mungkin soalannya diubah-ubah setiap semester. Namun kehendak soalan sebenarnya adalah hampir sama setiap semester.
