CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Part I

PURPOSE

The objective of this assignment is to enhance learners' proficiency in explaining the Lewin's three-step model and its practical application to ensure effective implementation of change within an organisation.

REQUIREMENT

Choose any ONE organisation with which you are familiar and have access to its relevant information. Explain Lewin's Three-Step Model, and its significance in the context of change management. Introduce the selected organisation and briefly describe its industry, size, and scope of operations. Identify and explain the specific changes or initiatives that the chosen organisation intends to implement. Also, suggest specific actions and interventions the organisation should undertake to implement the intended changes successfully.

Part II

Discuss the following topic(s) in the forum and submit proof of your participation in the online discussions:

  1. How essential do you believe change is to your organisation?
  2. Elaborate on employee behaviour in your organisation that you believe requires change.
  3. What elements influence the success of an organisation development (OD) intervention?
  4. Share effective methods to enhance your current job experience.
  5. What strategies can be employed to foster creativity and innovation in your organisation?

Tugasan ini sebenarnya kami pernah buat sebelum ini cuma mungkin soalannya diubah-ubah setiap semester. Namun kehendak soalan sebenarnya adalah hampir sama.
