The purpose of this assignment is to enable learners to communicate the solution on ergonomic issues to the industries.

Today's office is a complex and dynamic collection of elements. It constantly is evolving in response to emerging technology and employee and customer needs. Even the very definition of an office is changing; today's office can be in the home, at a customer's site, in a café or at 36,000 feet in an airplane.

a.         Refer to Guidelines on Ergonomics Risk Assessment at the Workplace, 2017;

b.         Select ONE accident that happened in the office;

c.         Provide your self-reflection and insights of the accident in relation to ergonomics; and

d.         Design a research framework to eliminate discomfort and risk of injury due to office work.
