Select a Malaysian organisation that you are familiar with, which can be your current or previous workplace. Explain the organisation's recruitment sources and the challenges it faces in recruiting employee. Suggest strategies to address these challenges in improving the efficiency, effectiveness, or fairness of the recruitment process.
