Task 1 You has been appointed as a new Safety and Health Executive at one company in Kuala Lumpur. For the first task, you has been asking by your Senior Manager to conduct a survey on safety and health of your office. Follow the direction below for better understanding of the task given. Instruction: 1. Based on the list of questions given in Attachment 1, develop ONE set of questionnaire which further will be used for the data collection of your survey.
