PURPOSE  The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners’ ability to express their views on the meaning of contract of service and contract for service and discuss several tests used by the Court in determining the employer-employee relationship based on learners’ reading. Learners also would be able to discuss the schemes that are available under the Employees Provident Fund (EPF).  REQUIREMENT  Learners are required to write the meaning of contract of service and contract for service and discuss several tests used by the Court in determining the employer-employee relationship and suggest amendments that can be made to current legislations regarding the issue.
