GROUP PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS Each group is required to undertake ONE (1) of the following tasks: Option A : Propose and establish a public organisation, then discuss and analyse strategic management aspects related to the organisation. Option B : Select a public organisation of your choice and analyse the strategic management aspects of that organisation. The public organisation chosen should be approved by the course instructor. Please note that fieldwork may be required for this assignment, depending on your choice.
