The purpose of this assignment is to provide students the opportunity to evaluate quality management system by using the skills and knowledge they have acquired from this course. Competence and Awareness are two of the main factors for Quality Management System (QMS) success. If people aren’t aware of what exists, then the QMS will not be effective. Conduct an evaluation of the Competence and Awareness approach used at a selected company (or your own company) for an effective QMS. You will probably need to visit with the site/facility to collect the required information.
