Part I

PURPOSE

The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners’ understanding of the various types of selection tests and their importance in improving the effectiveness of an  organisation’s selection process.

REQUIREMENT

Select one Malaysian organisation with which you are familiar. Discuss the selection tests used by the selected organisation. Evaluate the strengths and limitations of each selection test in relation to the organisation's recruitment needs. Recommend practical improvements to strengthen the organisation’s overall selection process, supported by relevant human resource management concepts.

3.0 Evaluate the strengths and limitations of each selections test in relation to the organisation’s recruitment needs
